I have so much tea in my house.  I am drinking roiboos.  (I know, it’s not technically tea.)  Do you drink tea?  What kind?  Loose?  Bagged?

I think I eat too much Ramen.

But I make good Ramen, like with cilantro, green onions, napa cabbage, chili flakes, soy sauce… So maybe it’s ok.

I would draw, but I’m afraid that snot will drip from my nose onto the paper.  We’ll try again when I’m better.

I feel terrible for the lack of original art posts, but once again, I’ve been sick! I’ve had the flu or a cold three times in as many months—in February, March, and now again in April. If I get sick again in May, I will cry.  A lot. Is this normal? It’s not normal to be sick this frequently, like, miss-work-sick.

I’m feeling better now, so hopefully new art soon. After school is over and there are no more papers to grade, I’ll have much more time to myself.

Last month I asked who bit their nails, if it was something maybe related to drawing (fidgety hands!). Here are my super scientific results.

77% of you lovely respondents bite your nails.

The rest of you don’t, but you smoke, nibble, or fidget with other things.

Only one person said they didn’t bite their nails or anything else at all.

Occasionally I get bummed because some of my favorite artists around here don’t post very frequently. Then I go browse their pages for the millionth time and remember that the reason I follow most of them in the first place is because they post quality over quantity, especially those that post mostly original work. And then I’m not bummed anymore; although that doesn’t mean I can’t wait to see more. So go make stuff already, guys!

In answer to your question, shutlow, I don’t know! Medusa Jelly was supposed to be prettier or something… It’s the girl at the bottom I don’t like. I meant to make something more delicate, but I used too heavy a hand.
