A little nature watercolor piece that I made as a donation for a silent auction at my city’s zoo. Proceeds go to elephant research (but I’m terrible at drawing elephants, hence bunnies).

Another watercolor dress. Still no one has made me a watercolor dress. Why?

Sure. I use white Higgins ink and a tiny paintbrush:
Once the dark area is dry, I use the brush to apply the white ink on top of it. Pretty simple! I just figured it out by experimenting with the materials I have on hand.

I think this just needed more lichen and some bugs. Watercolor and inks, about 9x12” on cold-pressed watercolor paper.
